To have your tag engraved please click on Engraving Details from the menu or the image below and fill in the form including details of what you would like on your tag.

If ordering more than one tag with different designs please state clearly which designs you would like with which information.

The Control of Dogs Order 1992 advises that any dog (even if they are chipped or have a tattoo),  in a public place must wear a collar & tag with the name and address of the owner written on it. Your telephone number is optional.  This can be formatted in various ways, full address or if a small tag then the house number and postcode along with owners name is sufficent.

Please remember small tags can have 3 lines containing 6 characters per line. Medium and large tags can have 3 lines containing 11 characters per line.
