Q: Why didn’t my tag arrive with my collar and lead?A: The tag is delivered directly from the engraver, whilst the collar and lead is sent from our headquarters in Essex.
Q: Why can’t I have express delivery for my tag?A: Unfortunately this service is not available for tags as they are delivered directly from the engraver and they do not offer this option.
Q: How do I know what size harness to buy?A: If you follow the link to our size guide this will help you determine what size harness to purchase. Alternatively, you may view our gallery and find a dog, which is a similar size to your own, and purchase the same size harness as they are wearing.
Q: I saw a collar on the Red Dingo website, that I can not find on your website, can I order it with you?A: Dapper only stocks certain lines of the Red Dingo range; however if you contact us on 01992 524077 or we can ask if Red Dingo have the item in stock at their office.
Q: How do I become a trade customer?A: If you would like to apply for a trade account by following this link and we shall be in touch with you shortly.
Q:I have purchased a collar that is the wrong size, can I return it for a larger one?A: This is not a problem. If you could return the collar to Dapper Pet Products Ltd, The Paddocks, Kents Lane, North Weald, Essex, CM16 6AX with a note stating your name, number and what you would like as an alternative and we shall be in contact with you once we receive this.
Q: Are you a shop?A: Unfortunately we are not a shop, however if you would like to contact us on 01992 524077 or we can give you the location of your nearest shop supplying Red Dingo.
Q: I am trying to engrave a tag, however the engraving is not showing up in the shopping basket, what should I do?A: This is not a problem. If you would like to continue with your order, process the payment and take a note of your order number. Once you have done this please contact us on 01992 524077 or and provide the order number and the engraving you would like on your tag. We will manually enter your engraving details from this information.
Q: I have a problem with the clip on my lead.A: If you could email us on with your address and the size of your lead we shall send a replacement clip today.
